WHAT YOU NEED:
- Two kettlebells that you can press overhead. Most women begin with 10 lbs, most men with 15-20. Use your own judgement based on your current strength.
- One low to moderate long loop band.
- One yoga mat or gym flooring.
- We work out in bare feet.
Good to have:
- One or two sets of heavier bells.
- Can I use dumbbells? Absolutely, but they do not provide the same experience or result.
- I’ve never strength trained before, can I do this? Yes! Our optional “how to” videos will give you an amazing get-started foundation.
- I’m recovering from an injury, will I be personal trained through this? No, this is a virtual on-demand course. However, we do offer personal training and physiotherapy access, and can support you! Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for support.
- I want to lose weight, is there a diet attached to this course? We are an anti-diet community! You’ll receive game-changing access to the nourishing foods we recommend you eat during this program. Follow the program, listen to your body, and you WILL change your body.
