Join head coach Christie Myers for this class which can be done with no equipment at all! All you need is your yoga mat and bare feet, however if you have a hand weight like a dumbbell or kettlebell that’s a bonus. All levels totally welcome with ample modifications given to make each movement a little easier or even a little tougher! This is a fan favourite, and your drop-in fee helps us continue to personal train teens 11 – 16 for free in our membership community.
